The British Journel of photography have set up 1854 presents which streams live photography talks with well known photographers for people to watch for free during the lockdown.
The fist talk was by Jack Latham about this work on Bohimion Grove.
He spoke about how he is adapting his projects to the current situation and how he is continuing at home,
He is a research led photographer and disscused how even though he cannot continue practically, he is continuing doing research and developing his work that way.
Talking about his work on Bohimion Grove, he disscused his collection of items that he continues to find and add to his books.
He talks about how it is important to not only do the research but to talk to people that is directly involved in the concept, he he had done with the conspiracy theorists for Bohimion Grove.
I think these talks really inspire people to carry on creating and taking pictures in this time, you can still watch discussions with influencial photographers even in your home. His talk on research and how to do it solely from home has helped me find new ways to research my own concept.
