Lighting - two soft boxes at the front of the model on each side, one above looking down and one from below looking up. Two boards one on each side of the model.
The face is a little darker than I would have liked, the shadowing covers over half of her face and I would have liked it to be a little more subtle.
She has a slight smile on her face, however this was her trying to keep a straight face which she found quite difficult.
I do like the highlighting on her arm however as this adds a little depth to the image.
