Lighting - two soft boxes, one on each side of the model at the front, one about looking down and one below looking up. Two, boards one at each side of the model.
I like the highlights on the clothes and face in this image, they add a little depth to the photo and the shadowing on the face is subtle which is what I am aiming for.
I would have liked to highlight the hair a little more as she has black hair and detail can be easily lost, however I think all the detail can be seen and a slight highlight will just make it a little more aesthetically pleasing.
